Subject: Happy Holidays

I sit here in the science library of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. I am tired. I have to drive to Louisville to help my mother move into an assisted living place. I will get it done, maybe sing karaoke with my friend Pam tomorrow night. I want to try "Save A Horse, Ride a Cowboy" by Big and Rich. They are doing some cool stuff. They surprised a lot of people here in Nashville, including myself. The power was off in my apartment this morning. They were doing some kind of work and shut it down. I took a bath in the dark. I will eat breakfast somewhere on I-65, probably at a Cracker Barrel. Christmas is coming. Are you ready? Christmas seems like a spending contest to me. I just give my son money and let it ride. We will see King Kong on December 18. This remake should be better than the last one. Kong will again be climbing the Empire State Building. Hopefully, Naomi Watts does not scream as much as Fay Wray. Hang in there!....Jim Colyer
